Harris Permit Service
was started by Bill Harris in 1969 after retiring from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and has been serving businesses in Texas since that time. Bill’s son, Larry Harris, worked with him until the late 1980’s. Since then it has been owned and operated by his daughter, Lana Redinger Wood.
